Conditions Of Reservation

All accommodation is offered subject to being available at the time of receipt of the completed Booking Form and Deposit. If the accommodation is already let, your deposit will be returned.
Only the persons listed on the Booking Form may occupy the Flat. Extra persons may be accommodated, or visitors entertained in the Flat only by previous arrangement with the proprietors.
All bookings are accepted on the condition that the Flats and contents are used in a reasonable manner and are left clean and tidy and that damage and breakage’s are reported and paid for.
Holiday Flats will be ready for occupation from 2:00 p.m. and the Luxury Garden Flat will be ready from 3:00pm on the day of arrival. All flats must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you cancel your reservation, you will be liable for the balance of the account unless the Flat can be re-let.
Visitors must accept full responsibility for themselves, their personal property and children in their charge, in the case of injury, damage or loss from whatever cause.
The proprietors shall not be under any liability should the accommodation reserved not be available as a result of circumstances or events beyond their control.
